In 2003, along with fellow managing director Graham, Carole was responsible for founding Ecosurv Limited.

With a keen interested in Ecology, for over 20 years Carole has worked in her position as Managing Director, and oversees Ecological Client accounts and projects, handles new business enquiries, assists on surveys and looks after the general business needs of the Company.

Carole also works alongside the Habibat Sales Team, managing customer accounts for existing customers.
