With over 35 years’ experience in construction and manufacturing, Paul brings a practical, hands-on approach and steady leadership to Ecosurv. Having worked in partnership with the business for more than 20 years, he combines deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for nature and wildlife conservation.

A keen birdwatcher, Paul is a member of the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust, Staffordshire Bat Group, RSPB and the Badger Trust. He has a particular interest in habitat restoration and species monitoring.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys hiking and mountain biking, helping him stay closely connected to nature. For him, working with Ecosurv is more than just a job,  it’s a chance to bring together his professional experience and personal values, while helping to protect wildlife and habitats.
