Stuart Johnson MSc MCIEEM
Stuart has worked as part of the Ecosurv team since 2010, and has been a practicing ecologist for over 20 years. Stuart is currently responsible for the production of protected species licence applications for the company. Stuart has experience in the private sector and has managed a range of ecological projects including infrastructure, residential and industrial projects. In his spare time, Stuart enjoys spending time with his Clumber spaniels, power kites, and diving.
Stuart is a graduate of Newcastle university having attained a bachelor’s degree in Ecological Resource Management and a master’s degree in Clean Technology. His specialist skills include bat and barn owl surveys, Phase 1 Habitat surveys, and reptiles. Stuart has an excellent working knowledge of UK and European nature conservation legislation, policy and guidance and produces clear, succinct and accurate reports and guidance.
