After leaving University in 2008, Charlotte worked as a Business Manager for a local Agricultural Company before leaving this position and joining Graham to help launch Habibat. Charlotte has been with the company for over 10 years, and her sole focus has been establishing Habibat as the recognisable and reputable brand it has become.

In her role as Sales Specialist, Charlotte acts as an initial point of contact for new and existing clients, manages customer enquiries, and works alongside the busy sales team to promote Habibat within the industry.
